About us

About Us Handcrafted with Heart and Purpose: The Martinshof Workshop Behind each of our products lies a very special story. At the Martinshof Workshop, approximately 250 people with intellectual, mental, and multiple disabilities currently craft high-quality, original products for you. At our four locations in Rothenburg (on the Neisse), Niesky, Kodersdorf, and Kreba, we combine traditional craftsmanship with social commitment. What You’ll Find in Our Shop—and Beyond: Unique Handcrafted Products: Discover lovingly crafted, one-of-a-kind items from our woodworking shop, ceramics workshop, and basketry workshop. Comprehensive services: In addition to our shop products, we are experts in industrial assembly for the private sector, as well as in gardening, landscaping, housekeeping, and laundry services. Quality Through Appreciation Every product in the shop secures jobs and fosters talent. Before our employees get started in the workshops, they discover and develop their skills in our comprehensive vocational training program. Supported by our experienced social services team, this creates a work environment that empowers, motivates, and produces quality you can see and feel. With your purchase, you’re supporting genuine inclusion and authentic craftsmanship. We’re glad you’re here! Our Stores & Hours Feel free to visit us in person and discover our selection firsthand.
