You’ll receive a 300-piece wood screw set with five different screw sizes. Thanks to the included sorting box, each screw stays in its own compartment. The screws are galvanized and have a partial thread.
They feature a countersunk head with milled pockets, which ensures optimal countersinking of the screw into the wood. The reduced point angle allows for quick and precise positioning. Since the thread starts right at the tip, the screw also grips faster.
Pre-drilling is not necessary for softwoods such as spruce, pine, or fir. For hardwoods, however, you should always pre-drill. When pre-drilling, make sure the pre-drill hole is smaller than the diameter of the screw shank.
